The building offers around 113,580 sq ft of total space, of which roughly 62,258 sq ft is raised-floor colocation area, with access to about 10MW of power and electricity covered 100% by renewables. As with the rest of the Dublin campus, the draw here is interconnection rather than raw scale: DB3 plugs into Equinix Fabric and the Dublin internet exchange ecosystem, giving enterprises, networks and cloud-adjacent deployments dense carrier choice in a metro that serves as many US companies' European landing point.
