AVALON3, at Via Bisceglie 95 in Milan, is the third and newest building of the carrier-neutral Avalon Campus, developed by Irideos and opened in November 2022 following a roughly €30 million investment. The building adds about 3.2 MW of IT power and around 500 racks to the campus, which across its three combined buildings totals roughly 13,000 sqm and more than 2,600 racks. Uptime Institute has certified AVALON3's design to Tier IV, and the site is separately cited as meeting TIA-942 Rating 4 and LEED Gold criteria. Irideos was absorbed into the Retelit brand in 2024–2025, and Avalon Campus now operates under Retelit's Italian data center portfolio, sold as carrier-neutral colocation to network operators, cloud providers and enterprise customers seeking interconnection in Milan's core data center cluster.
