Avalon 1 (Retelit)

Avalon 1, at Via Caldera 21 in Milan, anchors what Retelit calls its Avalon Campus — a cluster of carrier-neutral data center buildings that Retelit built up through its own IRIDEOS unit (now fully merged into the Retelit brand) and a string of acquisitions. Avalon 1 itself spans roughly 8,900 sqm across four connected buildings organized into 25 data rooms, with 4.3 MW of IT power under management, according to the campus's own site. Retelit markets the wider Avalon Campus — which also includes the nearby Avalon 2, 3 and 5 buildings plus the under-construction Avalon 4 in Corsico — as having ten buildings collectively certified up to Tier IV, though the operator does not specify on Avalon 1's own page which individual Tier level this particular building holds. The campus sits in Milan's established Via Caldera data center corridor, also home to hosting provider Seeweb, and functions as a hub for network, cloud and enterprise colocation customers in Italy's largest data center market.
