The facility provides about 10,900 sqm of server-room space and 30 MW of IT load, fed by dual power substations on diversified paths with N+1 air-cooled chiller cooling. NTT markets the site with AI-ready design language and a 24/7 security operations center using multi-factor access control, positioning it as capacity for the AI and cloud workloads driving new demand in the Kansai region outside central Osaka. No street address, certifications or renewable-energy percentage are published for the site; NTT's two other disclosed Japan facilities, Osaka OSK12 and Tokyo 11, remain the operator's only other publicly documented sites in the country.
