Delska's EU North Riga LV DC1, at Cuibes street 17 on the east bank of the Daugava, is the operator's flagship Baltic facility, opened in 2026 with a launch event the company recapped on its own site. The building runs 10 MW of IT power with room to expand to 30 MW, across 7,100 sqm of total floor space, of which 3,000 sqm is colocation space fitted for 1,000 racks up to 52U tall. Standard racks are rated to 20 kW, but the design supports up to 250 kW per rack for AI and HPC tenants, cooled through a mix of Weiss Technik air-handling units and Trane magnetic-bearing chillers with direct-to-chip liquid cooling available. Delska holds an Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Design Documents for the site, with Facility certification still pending. The operator lists LEED alongside ISO 27001, 22301, 50001 and 9001 certification, and says the site runs on 100% green power from wind farms in northern Europe, backed by Neste MY renewable diesel generators for continuity.
