Bitdeer AI A202 (Johor Campus)

Bitdeer AI, the AI-cloud unit of Nasdaq-listed Bitdeer Technologies, announced on September 14, 2026 that it has secured a 10-year data center services agreement for A202, a 65.1 MW facility built on the same Johor Bahru campus as its existing 21.7 MW A201 building, bringing the site's combined capacity to 86.8 MW. Because A202 sits on land Bitdeer already controls, the company can extend power, liquid-cooling and network infrastructure already built for A201 rather than developing a greenfield site, which it says shortens the path to energization, targeted for the third quarter of 2027. The facility is designed for liquid-cooled, rack-scale Nvidia deployments, including GB300 NVL72 and the upcoming Vera Rubin platform, and will support both GPU cloud services and colocation-style data hosting. Bitdeer said customer prepayments are expected to cover more than half of the capital cost, with the rest financed against contracted cash flows. The deal lifts Bitdeer AI's total secured AI-cloud capacity to roughly 206.5 MW across Malaysia, Norway and the United States, about 59% of its 350 MW target for Q1 2028.
