NorthC's Aalsmeer facility is the operator's largest disclosed site in the Netherlands, occupying the Hornmeer business park a few kilometres from Schiphol Airport. The building carries 14 MW of installed electrical capacity across roughly 14,700 sqm, engineered internally to Tier III-equivalent standards rather than a certified Uptime Institute rating. NorthC lists ISO 27001, 9001, 14001 and 22301 alongside PCI DSS and SOC 2 Type II attestations for the site. Power is sourced entirely from certified green energy, backed by more than 500 rooftop solar panels, and the facility participates in the Energy Hub Aalsmeer district heat-exchange project that redirects server waste heat to nearby buildings. The site is carrier-neutral with a direct AMS-IX peering connection and links into NorthC's Region Connect interconnection fabric across its other Dutch locations. Combined with its scale, this makes Aalsmeer the anchor site of NorthC's 14-building Netherlands portfolio, which spans the Amsterdam, Rotterdam-The Hague, Eindhoven and Groningen metro areas.
