CDC Hobsonville Campus Two

Hobsonville Campus Two is CDC's largest disclosed facility in New Zealand, operating at 54 MW in the Hobsonville precinct of Auckland alongside the operator's smaller Hobsonville One and Silverdale campuses. Together the three sites make up what CDC calls Aotearoa New Zealand's first hyperscale data centres, built to support national critical-infrastructure technology programmes underpinning the country's security, social and economic wellbeing, and CDC quotes over 220 MW of combined capacity across its Auckland region. The company has held Toitū net carbonzero certification on its New Zealand data centres since their first year of operation — CDC says it is the only carbonzero-certified data centre operator in the country — and was the first hyperscale data centre provider in New Zealand to achieve NVIDIA's DGX-Ready Data Center certification, which now spans its entire Australian and New Zealand portfolio with closed-loop and direct liquid-to-chip cooling for AI workloads. No address, floor space, year opened or formal Uptime/TIA tier rating is published for the campus. Hobsonville Two anchors CDC's push into New Zealand's national-critical and AI infrastructure market, complementing the operator's longer-established Australian campuses in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
