SpaceDC's first Philippine facility sits in Cainta, Rizal province, roughly 8.5 km from the Makati business district in Metro Manila. The campus is built for 72 MW of IT load across about 43,000 sqm, split into three four-story data halls and one single-story building, with 48 data halls each rated at 1,500 kW and one at 700 kW. SpaceDC, a Singapore-headquartered operator focused on Southeast Asia, designed the site to a target PUE of 1.3, using containment and mechanical cooling suited to Manila's tropical climate. The company does not publish a formal Uptime or ISO certification for MNL1 on its site, describing the security stack only in general terms (multi-factor biometric access control). No street address or year-opened date is published; the location description is limited to distance from Makati. As SpaceDC's flagship in the Philippines, MNL1 anchors the operator's regional footprint alongside its Jakarta campus, targeting hyperscale and enterprise colocation demand in a market where land-constrained Metro Manila is pushing new capacity toward outlying provinces like Rizal and Cavite.
