NourNet Dammam AlShatea Data Center

NourNet opened its AlShatea data center in Dammam in April 2025 inside the AlShatea Business Tower, a compact 210-square-meter facility built for enterprise colocation demand in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. The site runs 200 kW of IT load, expandable to 300 kW, on an N+N redundant power and cooling design backed by generators rated for more than 24 hours of autonomy. It holds ANSI/TIA-942-C:2024 Rated-3 certification — one of the newest data-center standard revisions applied to a facility in this catalog — alongside PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 compliance. NourNet markets the facility to energy, petrochemical, and finance-sector clients based in and around Dammam, Dhahran, and Khobar, the industrial core of the Eastern Province and home to Saudi Aramco's main operations. At 210 square meters, AlShatea is a small facility by regional standards next to hyperscale-oriented developments such as Sahayeb's wholesale park in the same city, but its recent TIA-942-C certification and disclosed power, floor-space, and redundancy figures make it one of the more fully documented independent colocation sites in the province.
