Digital Realty ICN11 (Digital Seoul 2)

ICN11, branded Digital Seoul 2, is the second Korean facility of Digital Realty and sits in Gurae-dong, Gimpo City, on the north-western edge of the Seoul metropolitan area, roughly 14 miles from the operator's ICN10 building in Sangam. The site was bought in 2021 and the project has run well behind its first schedule: it was originally expected to open in the first half of 2023, and the structural topping-out was only reported in mid-October 2026. Digital Realty plans 64 MW of critical IT capacity in a building of about 970,000 square feet, with operations now targeted for the second half of 2027. DPR Construction and DL E&C are named among the contractors, with Turner & Townsend and Heerim Architects & Planners on the project team. Cooling design, tier or rating certifications and rack density have not been published, so they are left empty here. For Seoul-region buyers, ICN11 would add roughly five times the planned IT capacity of ICN10 under the same carrier-neutral operator, which matters mainly to enterprises and cloud platforms that need contiguous space in the market.
