IDC Gasan is SK Broadband's flagship Seoul data center, located in the Gasan-dong tech district of Geumcheon-gu in the city's southwest. The 10-story building with 5 basement levels covers roughly 69,300 square meters (about 21,000 pyeong) and is certified to Uptime Institute Tier III standards. SK Broadband built the structure to withstand a magnitude-7.0 earthquake, and the site anchors a four-center Seoul-area IDC network that also includes Seocho, Ilsan and Bundang. In 2025 SK Broadband's data center portfolio grew further when group affiliate SK C&C (renamed SK AX) sold its Pangyo data center to SK Broadband for about 500 billion won, bringing the operator's total to nine facilities nationwide. Gasan itself dates to SK Broadband's original IDC buildout and remains the largest of the four legacy centers by floor area, offering colocation, dedicated hosting, security, backup and CDN services to enterprise and carrier customers in the capital region.
