Thule is Bahnhof's most centrally located Stockholm facility, built directly into the Brunkebergsasen ridge beneath the city center. The site became known outside the industry for Bahnhof's marketing stunts around it, including an on-site nightclub with disco lighting used to promote the company's low-latency network claims, but operationally it runs as a conventional multi-tenant colocation hall. Power comes from three Eaton 9395 UPS units in a 3N+2 configuration totaling 1.9 MW, backed by three MTU V16 diesel generators rated at 2.6 MW combined in N+1. Cooling is provided by three 500 kW heat pumps in N configuration, paired with district-cooling heat exchangers in N+1; Bahnhof sells the recovered heat into Stockholm's district heating grid rather than rejecting it to atmosphere. The facility carries SSF Protection Class 3 and SSF Alarm Class 3 ratings along with ISO 27001 certification, the same security tier Bahnhof applies across its flagship Stockholm sites.
