Conapto STHLM 4 South

STHLM 4 South is Conapto's newest and largest Stockholm building, part of a campus on Sandhamnsgatan that it shares with the smaller STHLM 2 South facility. The site was expanded from an initial 20 MW base to 28 MW of IT capacity across roughly 4,400 sqm, making it the operator's flagship for high-density and AI workloads. Unlike Conapto's earlier Stockholm buildings, STHLM 4 is designed to support direct-to-chip liquid cooling above 100 kW per rack and is built to OCP Ready specifications, reflecting demand from GPU and HPC tenants rather than traditional enterprise colocation. Power distribution runs in a 2N configuration, and the site is rated to Sweden's Protection Class 3 physical-security standard, matching Conapto's other Stockholm sites. As with the rest of the portfolio, electricity is sourced from Vattenfall under a 24/7 renewable-matching arrangement rather than annual offset certificates, and the operator holds ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certification for environmental and energy management. Conapto is a privately held, Stockholm-founded operator that has kept its entire portfolio within the city rather than expanding nationally.
