#3 of 8 · See the list →

The first project of the joint venture between Digital Realty and Rönesans Infrastructure is a carrier-neutral campus in the Başkent Organized Industrial Zone of Ankara. Announced in September 2026 as the partners' entry into the Turkish market, it is designed for more than 22 MW of IT capacity, and a groundbreaking ceremony took place on 19 October 2026 with the Minister of Industry and Technology in attendance. Turkish government remarks cited roughly 450 million dollars for the base infrastructure and building shell and a further 900 million dollars for cooling and IT systems, though the operators themselves did not publish investment figures in their announcements. The venture says it is targeting around 200 MW of IT capacity across Ankara and a planned second site in Istanbul over the long term. The Ankara site sits alongside other announced capacity in the same industrial zone, which makes the city a growing secondary market to Istanbul. Cooling design, tier certification and commissioning dates have not been published, so those fields stay empty until the operators disclose them.
