ENKA Tuzla Data Center-01 is a colocation facility under construction at İstasyon Mahallesi, Araplar Caddesi, in the Tuzla district of Istanbul, developed by ENKA Data Solutions, a subsidiary of the Turkish construction conglomerate ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. The design calls for 20 MW of total power and 11 MW of IT load — split between 10 MW of standard halls and 1 MW dedicated to a GPU hall — across six data halls and more than 1,200 cabinets, spanning roughly 13,372 sqm of construction area plus a separate seismic-isolator floor and terraces. Uptime Institute has awarded the design a Tier III Certification of Design Documents; a constructed-facility certification has not yet been issued because the building is still being finished. As of ENKA's own August 2026 progress update, rough construction was complete and MEP/commissioning work was underway, with partial completion targeted for November 2026 and full completion for 2027.
