Star of Bosphorus İST is a colocation data center in the Tuzla district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, roughly 30 km from the city center, operated by technology group NGN. Built as part of an investment reported by NGN at approximately $150 million, the facility began operations in 2018 and occupies about 24,000 square meters of indoor space, including four data center modules spread across two buildings, each with independent power, cooling, fire suppression and physical security systems. Combined white space totals approximately 5,000 square meters, supporting more than 2,000 standard server cabinets, with a stated total power capacity of 16 MW. The building uses seismic isolation construction intended to maintain operations during earthquakes. Star of Bosphorus holds Uptime Institute Tier III certifications for both Design Documents and Constructed Facility, along with LEED, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications, and offers carrier-neutral colocation, meet-me-room and managed services.
