</a>Yondr Group broke ground on the third and largest building of its Slough campus in February 2025, after securing planning approval in August 2024. At 40 MW, the building will bring the campus's total capacity to just over 100 MW, making it one of the largest data center campuses in the UK. As with the campus's other two buildings, it is designed to BREEAM 'Very Good' standards with a green wall facing the adjacent canal, rooftop solar panels, and landscaping developed with Slough Borough Council and the Canal & River Trust. A financing update in early 2026 indicated the building was expected to become operational later that year. Yondr has not disclosed a street address for the campus, only its general Slough location.
