LGW14 sits on a 12-acre site at Goldsworth Park Trading Estate in Woking, Surrey, southwest of London, and is the largest building in Digital Realty's London-area portfolio by total floor space. The three-story building totals about 427,000 sq ft (39,700 sqm), of which roughly 200,000 sq ft is net technical (data hall) space, with a further 60,000 sq ft of ancillary space for disaster-recovery suites, offices, test rooms and de-boxing facilities. Digital Realty runs the site on 2N UPS redundancy with N+1 cooling and reports it is powered entirely by renewable energy. Published certifications cover SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, 14001, 9001 and 50001. As with most of the operator's London campuses, IT power capacity in MW and a year-opened date are not published. LGW14 is one of thirteen facilities in Digital Realty's current London-area portfolio, spanning sites in central London, Woking, Crawley and Slough.
