The ten-story building totals 84,000 square feet (about 7,800 sqm) and runs N+1 redundancy on both UPS and cooling. Digital Realty operates the facility's interconnection area, providing network-neutral access to hundreds of carriers, and describes the building as sitting at the center of the Southeast's largest concentration of telecommunications companies. The site runs on 100% renewable energy and holds SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 certifications. Security follows Digital Realty's standard practice of 24x7 onsite personnel, 90-day CCTV retention and biometric or photo-badge access control. Space is available from single cabinets to full suites. Despite its modest square footage compared with Digital Realty's larger suburban campuses, ATL13's carrier-hotel status and downtown Atlanta location make it a key interconnection point for networks and enterprises needing dense connectivity in the Southeast, complementing the operator's second Atlanta building, ATL14, a few blocks away at 250 Williams Street.
