</a>Data Foundry 02 is the larger of the two purpose-built HPC data centers on Data Foundry's 40-acre Data Ranch campus in Austin, Texas, a business Switch acquired in 2021 and now markets as the multi-tenant anchor of its Rock Campus expansion in the city. The building offers 325,000 square feet with 36 MW of critical power, cooled by a dual-feed chilled-water system built around 550-ton VFD York chillers in N+1 configuration and 24,000 CFM CRAHs running N+3. Redundancy scales from N+1 to 2N depending on customer requirements, and the site carries a 185 mph wind rating consistent with Texas storm exposure. Connectivity runs through 15-plus carrier-neutral providers plus Data Foundry's private TexasNap fiber network linking its Texas facilities, with a CloudTap service providing direct on-ramps to Azure, AWS and Google Cloud. Along with sister building Data Foundry 01 and the Houston 2 facility, DF02 anchors what Switch now calls The Rock Campus, the fifth of its five PRIME exascale campuses nationally.
