TierPoint's TekPark campus sits on a 137-acre site in Breinigsville, in the Lehigh Valley outside Allentown, Pennsylvania. The building holds 122,000+ sq ft total, including 96,000+ sq ft of raised floor. TierPoint markets the campus as built for AI and GPU workloads, citing high-density colocation capacity and room for future campus expansion on the site. The operator states SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits and ISO 27001 certification for the facility, and says it supports HIPAA, PCI-DSS, HITRUST, GLBA and ITAR environments. No specific Uptime Institute Tier rating, PUE or rack-density figure is published for the building.
