TierPoint Valley Forge

TierPoint's Valley Forge data center, at 1000 Adams Avenue in Norriton Township, sits about 25 miles (40 km) northwest of downtown Philadelphia near I-76 — one of three TierPoint buildings the operator lists in the greater Philadelphia area, alongside a Philadelphia Navy Yard facility and the Lehigh Valley/Allentown cluster further north. It is TierPoint's second-largest disclosed US building by square footage, at 137,000+ sq ft total, including 61,000+ sq ft of raised floor and 24,000+ sq ft of business-continuity seating space. Backup power comes from nine 2.5 MW redundant generators — about 22.5 MW combined — each rated for a minimum 48-hour runtime, feeding an A-side/B-side power distribution design. TierPoint states SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits and ISO 27001 certification for the facility, plus HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GLBA and NIST SP 800-53 coverage and ITAR/Data Privacy Framework registration. No Uptime Institute Tier certification, IT power capacity or cooling architecture is disclosed for this building.
