TierPoint's Nashville-market data center is physically located in Franklin, Tennessee, about 30 km south of downtown Nashville, at 311 Eddy Lane. The operator states it is the only data center in Tennessee to hold both Uptime Institute Tier III certification for design and construction and LEED Gold certification, pairing an availability rating with an environmental-sustainability one. The building totals 52,000+ sq ft, with 26,000+ sq ft of raised floor and roughly 1,300 sq ft of business-continuity seating space. Backup power comes from four 2 MW redundant generators, about 8 MW combined, each rated for a minimum 48-hour runtime. TierPoint also lists SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits and ISO 27001 certification for the site, plus HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GLBA and NIST SP 800-53 coverage and ITAR/Data Privacy Framework registration. No specific IT critical-load capacity, PUE or cooling architecture is disclosed; the generator figures describe backup capacity rather than usable power.
