EdgeConneX operates its Nashville edge data center at 1841 Air Lane Drive, Building 3, a 42,500-square-foot facility with 9,355 square feet of raised floor available to tenants. Opened in 2014, the site provides 3 MW of power delivered through an N+1 CRAC-cooled, 30-inch raised-floor forced-air plenum, supporting densities described by the operator as 20-plus kW per cabinet and more than 600 watts per square foot. The building holds ENERGY STAR certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency and is designed to Tier 3 standards, though EdgeConneX does not describe this as an Uptime Institute certification.
