It is operated by Ark Data Centers, the company formerly known as Involta before a 2024 rebrand, and is now marketed on the operator's site simply as its Pittsburgh data center. The building totals more than 39,000 sq ft, with roughly 11,200 sq ft and 396 racks of conditioned colocation space at about 1.5 MW of IT power. Cooling is handled by Liebert DSE units with EconoPhase economization and N+1 CRAC units, with overhead cooling ducted through DataSox and cold-aisle containment. The Uptime Institute has certified the facility for both Tier III Design Documents and Tier III Constructed Facility. Like Ark's other halls, the site carries SOC 2, PCI DSS, NIST, ITAR and HITRUST attestations along with a 2023 ENERGY STAR certification, and is marketed for private or shared colocation, dedicated suites and halls, and storage or office space to third-party customers.
