Equinix DC14 is a two-story, reinforced-concrete facility at 7400 Infantry Ridge Road in Manassas, Virginia, in Prince William County southwest of the operator's core Ashburn cluster. It provides 42,539 sq ft (3,952 sq m) of colocation space with N+1 redundancy across UPS, generator and cooling, and generator autonomy rated at more than 30 hours at full load. Published minimum cabinet density is 4 kVA on 120V/208V distribution. Equinix positions DC14 as a site for larger deployments with room to expand, distinct from the tightly packed Filigree Court and Beaumeade Circle buildings closer to central Ashburn. The Manassas location still reaches into the broader Northern Virginia interconnection ecosystem through Equinix's metro fabric, though it sits further from the densest peering concentration than the core Ashburn campus. The facility carries ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST 800-53/FISMA High and HECVAT certifications, the standard Equinix compliance set for the Washington DC metro.
