NVA02 is STACK's Manassas, Virginia campus in Prince William County — one of five discrete sites, plus the larger Stafford Technology Campus, that make up the operator's Northern Virginia portfolio. STACK states the 200-acre site is built out to ten buildings and 420 MW of critical capacity, backed by two dedicated 300 MW substations from the Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) rather than the investor-owned utility serving the more built-up Ashburn/Loudoun submarket. That NOVEC connection is one reason operators have pushed south into Prince William and Fauquier counties as Loudoun's own interconnection queue has lengthened. STACK's public page for NVA02 does not break out a building-by-building MW schedule the way its Chicago or Portland campuses do, and it publishes no Uptime Tier, LEED or ISO certification, cooling design, or year-opened date for the site.
