Novva's Arizona campus in Mesa is the operator's largest announced site, planned at 300 MW of capacity built out in two phases across 160 acres. The design calls for five data halls totaling about 1.3 million sq ft of data hall space plus 200,000 sq ft of office space. Cooling is water-free, combining heat-reducing paint and cool pavement around outdoor equipment with solar-powered atmospheric water generators, continuing the approach Novva uses at its other Southwest US sites; the operator also cites 24/7 security with robot and drone monitoring. No exact street address, opening year or current build-out status beyond "campus built over 2 phases" is disclosed, so the facility is treated here as under construction rather than fully operational. Compliance attestations published for the site are SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI DSS; no Uptime Institute or TIA-942 Tier certification is published.
