JFK10 occupies part of the 15-story carrier hotel at 111 8th Avenue in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood, a 111,000-square-foot (about 10,300 sqm) Digital Realty facility on the Hudson Street/9th Avenue fiber corridor that hosts hundreds of domestic and international network carriers. The building runs N+1 UPS and N+1 cooling redundancy and holds SOC 2, SOC 3 and PCI DSS certifications. Digital Realty markets JFK10 as "New York's first Quantum-AI data center," a joint initiative with Oxford Quantum Circuits (OQC) and NVIDIA that combines superconducting quantum computing hardware with accelerated AI infrastructure on site, according to the operator's own press materials. No IT power figure or year built is published for the building. Standard Digital Realty security applies: 24x7x365 onsite personnel, CCTV with at least 90-day retention, biometric or photo-badge access, and a 100% renewable energy claim. As one of the most carrier-dense buildings in Manhattan, JFK10 anchors Digital Realty's New York City interconnection footprint alongside its nearby 60 Hudson Street (JFK12) and 32 Avenue of the Americas (JFK13) buildings.
