DataBank LGA3

LGA3 is the larger of two DataBank buildings at a campus in Orangeburg, New York, a Rockland County site roughly 25 miles north of Manhattan. At 20 MW critical IT load and 110,000 square feet, it is double the size of its campus neighbor LGA4 (10 MW, 55,000 sq ft), and both buildings share the same Corporate Drive address. The Orangeburg campus is a different physical profile from DataBank's two small, carrier-dense Manhattan facilities in the same market — LGA1 inside 60 Hudson Street and LGA2 inside 111 Eighth Avenue — which together total under 1.5 MW but carry far higher onsite carrier counts (90 and 50 respectively), typical of legacy carrier hotels. LGA3's listed onsite carrier count is 8, consistent with a suburban wholesale-style build rather than a Manhattan interconnection hub. No uptime tier certification or cooling topology is disclosed for the building. Together, the four New York-area facilities give DataBank both dense urban interconnection and large suburban capacity within a single metro.
