PHX15 is Digital Realty's largest data center in Arizona, a two-story, 508,000-square-foot (about 47,200 sqm) building at 2121 South Price Road in Chandler, part of the Phoenix metro's fast-growing data center corridor. The facility runs N+1 redundancy on both UPS and cooling and is marketed by Digital Realty as capable of supporting high-density AI and HPC deployments alongside conventional enterprise colocation, though the published cooling design remains air-based rather than direct liquid cooling. Space is offered from single cabinets to full private suites. Certifications include SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and the building holds a Two Green Globes sustainability rating. Standard Digital Realty security practices apply: 24x7 onsite personnel, CCTV with at least 90 days of retention, and biometric or photo-badge access control. Chandler has become a preferred expansion site for hyperscale and colocation operators due to Arizona's power availability and lower natural-disaster risk relative to coastal markets, and PHX15 anchors Digital Realty's presence in that corridor alongside its smaller downtown Phoenix building, PHX10.
