POR03 is the largest of STACK's three Hillsboro campuses in the Portland, Oregon metro, alongside the smaller POR01 and POR02 sites nearby. STACK breaks the 55-acre campus into six buildings — POR03A through D individually, plus a combined POR03E/F structure — totaling approximately 200 MW of capacity, which the operator splits into three tranches: 72 MW it describes as already operational critical capacity, 25 MW with near-term availability, and a further 96 MW of expansion capacity still to be built out, one of the more granular capacity breakdowns STACK publishes for any single site. The company markets the campus around sustainability, citing a low-water-use cooling approach and direct access to regional renewable generation, aimed at the AI, ML and cloud workloads it says the site is engineered for. No Uptime Tier, ISO certification or year-opened date is published for POR03.
