SJC02 is Colovore's second Santa Clara data center, at 3060 Raymond Street, immediately next to its first building at 1101 Space Park Drive. Colovore announced it on 19 November 2024 and said it would come online in December 2024. The press release described it as a 9 MW liquid-cooled facility with densities up to 250 kW per cabinet; the operator's current Silicon Valley market page lists 6 MW total for the site, so this catalog uses the 6 MW figure from the current page. Every cabinet is delivered with a primary liquid loop connection, a rear-door heat exchanger and high-capacity power circuits, and can support direct-to-chip liquid-cooled servers such as NVIDIA NVL72 systems. Customers can deploy from a single cabinet to multiple megawatts of contiguous capacity. The market page states PUE 1.3, WUE 0 and rack densities of 5 to 600+ kW, and shows the hall as sold out with a waitlist.
