CoreSite SV9 — Top 10 data centers in Santa Clara, United States 2026
#9 of 21 · See the list →

SV9 is the newest addition to CoreSite's Santa Clara campus, adding 228,000 sq ft of purpose-built space and pushing the operator's combined Silicon Valley footprint to roughly 1.4 million sq ft across nine buildings in San Jose, Milpitas and Santa Clara. The facility is certified as part of the NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Center program, meaning its power, cooling and interconnection are pre-validated for dense GPU deployments, and it supports both 208V and 415V AC power distribution. Electrical infrastructure runs on a 4-to-make-3 distributed-redundant UPS configuration with 2N PDU/RPP distribution, fed in part by an on-site 2N Silicon Valley Power substation, and backed by a 100 percent uptime SLA with 24x7x365 remote-hands support. Physical security includes key-card and biometric access, mantrap entries and an 8-foot perimeter fence. Compliance spans SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS and HIPAA. Positioned alongside CoreSite's older SV1, SV2, SV4, SV7 and SV8 buildings, SV9 targets enterprises and cloud/AI infrastructure providers that need scale and cloud on-ramps within the same campus rather than a single isolated site.
