TierPoint's Locust Street building in downtown St. Louis, Missouri, is under development rather than in operation — the only building in the operator's disclosed US portfolio explicitly marketed around AI and GPU workloads from the outset. TierPoint describes the 2300 Locust Street site as intended for large-scale, high-density colocation for AI and GPU-accelerated compute. Phase 1 is planned at 135,840+ sq ft total, with 22,640 sq ft of raised floor and a further 45,000 sq ft reserved for expansion. Backup power is specified as four 2 MW redundant generators, about 8 MW combined, each with a minimum 48-hour runtime, feeding an A-side/B-side distribution design once complete. As a facility still under construction, TierPoint has not yet published compliance certifications, an opening date, cooling architecture or a specific IT power capacity for the site; the generator figures describe planned backup capacity, not usable critical load.
