UzCloud Bukhara Data Center (Uztelecom Cloud Hub Bukhara 1)

The Bukhara site completes Uzbektelecom's four-region layout for its UzCloud platform and is the operator's western node, roughly 450 km from Tashkent. Published capacity is 0.8 MW and 48 IT racks, with 7 GPU servers, 4,284 CPU cores, 116 TB of RAM and 7.59 PB of storage, making it the smallest of the five UzCloud sites by power. It was the most recent of the operator's facilities to clear Uptime Institute review, receiving a Tier III Certification of Design Documents in July 2026 under the name Uztelecom Cloud Hub Bukhara 1 and following the earlier Kokand award; as with the rest of the fleet, Constructed Facility and Operational Sustainability certification is stated as still in progress. Infrastructure is published as N+1 with dual power feeds, diesel generators sized for up to 72 hours, DWDM transport redundancy and up to 200 Gbps of backbone connectivity against a 99.982 percent SLA. Bukhara is also the region DataVolt and Beeline named in a June 2026 memorandum as a candidate for a further data center, so the province may become the second Uzbek cluster after Tashkent, though nothing beyond an exploratory agreement has been signed.
