Equinix TR2 is a 5-story, reinforced-concrete building at 45 Parliament Street in Toronto. Per the operator's October 2020 announcement of its Bell Canada data center acquisition, Equinix "has operated" TR2 since 2015, alongside TR1 the second of the two Toronto facilities the company ran before that deal added four more sites to the metro. The current facility page lists 108,976 sq ft (10,124 sqm) of colocation space — the largest single facility in Equinix's Toronto-metro portfolio by a wide margin — with N+1 power, UPS and cooling redundancy, generator autonomy of 30 hours or more at full load, and a minimum cabinet density of 4 kVA on 120V/208V distribution. Fire suppression is double-interlock pre-action. Certifications named are ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II.
