Yondr Group's Toronto data center is the company's first development in Canada, secured on a 4.5-acre site and announced in December 2024. Groundbreaking took place in January 2025 for the three-story, 27 MW building, which the company has targeted for ready-for-service by mid-2026. The design follows the Toronto Green Standard and uses a closed-loop cooling design that, once the chilled water loop is filled, does not require further water consumption for cooling. Planned amenities include bike parking, EV charging points and bird-friendly glass. Yondr has not disclosed a street address, only the general Toronto location.
