OpCore PAR2, at 29 Rue Edith Cavell in Vitry-sur-Seine just south of Paris, is one of the founding sites of what is now OpCore's French colocation network — built originally as Scaleway's DC2 before Scaleway's data center business was spun out as an independent company (majority-owned by Iliad Group and InfraVia Capital Partners) in July 2023. The facility covers 5,500 sqm and draws power through 2x12 MW utility feeders across four power lineups in N+1 and 2N configurations. Cooling is provided by a 5 MWf chilled-water system with N+1 redundancy and cold-aisle containment. PAR2 holds ISO 27001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certification and is marketed by OpCore as equivalent to Tier 3+/4 Uptime Institute design standards, though it does not carry a formal Uptime certification. The site hosts financial-services, carrier, cloud and healthcare tenants alongside domestic and international network operators.
