The facility spans 10,000 sqm with raised flooring rated above 2 tonnes per sqm, powered by 2x12 MW utility feeders across a four-lineup 'Hexacore' design. Cooling uses a 2x5,957 kWf chilled-water system with 2N redundancy on the central plant and N+2 on CRAH units, delivering a trailing-twelve-month PUE of 1.36. PAR3 is ISO 27001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 certified and runs on 100% low-carbon energy under a 100% uptime SLA.
