NTT Navi Mumbai Data Center

NTT's Navi Mumbai campus, about 25 km from mainland Mumbai, is what the operator calls its second hyperscale data center campus in India, after the Chandivali/Vikhroli cluster in Mumbai proper. The campus is disclosed at roughly 37,000 sqm with capacity for 5,000 racks. Its first building, NAV1A, runs 45 MW of total facility load with 30 MW of IT power on an N:N UPS design built from 1,000 kVA modules, with standard rack power options of 16A or 32A. NTT states further buildings were planned in phases (NAV1B, then NAV1C and NAV1D), though the operator's own page has not been updated with current status for those later phases. The most distinctive published detail is cooling: NTT describes Navi Mumbai as the first data center in India to deploy alternative cooling methods including liquid immersion cooling and direct-contact liquid cooling alongside conventional air cooling, a notable claim for high-density compute tenants. The site is carrier-neutral with four distinct fiber paths.
