STT Pune 1 is the oldest building on STT GDC's data center campus in Dighi, Pune, operational since 2009 and now the first of five buildings on a site anchored by what the operator describes as its only campus in India with a dedicated 220kV electrical substation delivering 100MVA of incoming power. The facility is listed at 9 MW of IT load on STT GDC's public location page, though a December 2024 factsheet for the same building cites 10 MW — a discrepancy the operator has not reconciled across its own materials. Spanning roughly 23,000 square meters of gross floor area, it carries the deepest certification stack disclosed for any Pune building in the portfolio: TIA-942 Rated 3 Certified, together with ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 14001, TL 9000 and ISAE 3402/SSAE 18 (SOC 1 Type 2), and a published customer SLA of up to 99.982% availability. STT GDC markets the wider Dighi campus as scalable to roughly 140 MW of IT load, positioning Pune 1 as the legacy anchor of an India campus aimed at enterprise and hyperscale tenants needing a market outside Mumbai.
