DUB30 is the second of Echelon Data Centres' two County Wicklow campuses, located at Kish Business Park roughly 5 km from the operator's DUB20 site in Arklow. The 60-acre site is designed to deliver 150MW of total IT capacity, with Phase 1 covering 90MW of IT load across three buildings and a further 60MW of pipeline land held for a future planning application. DUB30 is planned to share direct power and fibre ducts with the neighbouring DUB20 campus, and Echelon has applied for a 110kV substation connection to support it, pending approval. Together, DUB20 and DUB30 form part of Echelon's roughly 3.5 billion euro investment across its Wicklow projects, aimed at hyperscale and large-footprint tenants who need capacity outside Dublin's constrained metro grid, backed by more than 1GW of renewable energy — including offshore wind — available in the surrounding area.
