The five-story, purpose-built building holds 2,471 square meters of colocation space configured for 940 cabinets at 4 kVA each, backed by N+1 parallel-redundant UPS and three 4,000 kVA gas turbine generators in N+1 configuration, with a designed annual PUE of 1.5. Digital Edge links TYO1 to its nearby TYO2 (formerly ComSpace1) and TYO3 (formerly ComSpace2) facilities over its own Cross Link interconnect fabric, positioning the site for customers who need both standalone deployments and access to Digital Edge's broader Tokyo network. The facility holds ISO 14001, 27001 and 45001 management-system certifications and offers a 100% availability SLA on dual power circuits. Digital Edge markets TYO1 primarily toward cloud, network and enterprise customers running high power density deployments rather than large hyperscale footprints.
