Querétaro 1 is the first of three Ascenty data centers built in Querétaro, Mexico, part of the operator's 2020-era expansion into the country under Digital Realty ownership — a separate site from Digital Realty's own-brand MEX01–MEX03 buildings elsewhere in the same city. The facility is rated at 25 MW of site power across 20,000 sqm of gross data center space and about 2,700 racks, with a stated UPS capacity of 58,116 kVA. Power follows Ascenty's tri-bus design with generator-plus-static-UPS N+1 backup, while cooling runs on an N+1 chilled-water plant. The precast-concrete-and-steel building is rated for Seismic Zone 2 and a maximum floor load of 2,520 kg/m². Ascenty markets the site as carrier-neutral with direct connections to both PIX México 1 and PIX México 2, the country's internet exchange points, and 24/7 CCTV monitoring with biometric and card-based access control.
