Querétaro 2 is the largest of Ascenty's three Mexican data centers, rated at 31 MW of site power across 24,000 sqm of gross space and roughly 3,400 racks — ahead of Querétaro 1 and 3, which are each rated at 25 MW and 20,000 sqm. The site carries a stated UPS capacity of 71,802 kVA, again on Ascenty's tri-bus power architecture with generator-plus-static-UPS N+1 backup and an N+1 chilled-water cooling plant. Like the operator's other Querétaro buildings, the structure is precast concrete over a metallic frame, rated for Seismic Zone 2 and a maximum floor load of 2,520 kg/m². Ascenty markets the facility as carrier-neutral with direct connections to both PIX México 1 and PIX México 2, plus 24/7 CCTV monitoring and dual biometric/card access control. Combined, Ascenty's three Querétaro sites total about 81 MW of disclosed capacity, separate from Digital Realty's own-brand MEX01–MEX03 campus in the same city.
