Querétaro 3 is the third of Ascenty's Mexican data centers, built to the same 25 MW and 20,000 sqm scale as Querétaro 1, with about 2,700 racks and a stated UPS capacity of 58,116 kVA. The site shares the same tri-bus power design, N+1 generator-plus-static-UPS backup and N+1 chilled-water cooling plant used across Ascenty's Querétaro campus, and is rated for Seismic Zone 2 with a maximum floor load of 2,520 kg/m². Ascenty markets the facility as carrier-neutral with direct connections to both PIX México 1 and PIX México 2, dedicated telecom meet-me rooms, and 24/7 CCTV monitoring with dual biometric/card access control. Together with Querétaro 1 and the larger Querétaro 2, the three buildings give Ascenty roughly 81 MW of disclosed power capacity in Mexico, separate from Digital Realty's own-brand MEX01–MEX03 campus elsewhere in the same city.
