Adam — the data center brand of Spanish fiber operator Adamo — runs its Madrid facility in the TecnoAlcalá technology park in Alcalá de Henares, east of the capital. The building opened with 2 MW of IT power on a 2N electrical design in its first phase, part of a modular site planned to grow to roughly 3,500 sqm of total space (about 3,000 sqm currently built). Adam's own site describes the facility as compliant with Tier III design principles, without claiming a formal Uptime Institute Tier certification. The operator holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 20000 certifications, a high-grade ENS (Esquema Nacional de Seguridad) accreditation for handling Spanish government and regulated data, and NIS2 alignment; it is also a signatory of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact and reports 100% renewable-energy sourcing. The Madrid site gives Adam a foothold in Spain's largest colocation market alongside its existing fiber and edge infrastructure business.
