</a>ADC3 is the next stage of Nabiax's Alcalá de Henares campus east of Madrid, next to the existing ADC1 and ADC2 buildings. According to the operator, it will add up to 100 MW of IT capacity in phases through 2029, aimed at hyperscale, cloud and AI workloads, and lift Nabiax to 135 MW of installed IT power in Spain across its Madrid and Catalonia sites. Nabiax puts the investment at nearly €800 million. Ferrovial has been awarded the construction contract. The building is planned to run on 100% renewable electricity, use closed-circuit cooling and target BREEAM Excellent certification. The company expects around 1,000 jobs during construction and more than 200 permanent positions once operating. The cornerstone ceremony took place in September 2026. Because delivery is phased, capacity will come online in stages rather than as a single handover, and published dates for individual phases have not been given. Nabiax has not stated a PUE target or a rack-density figure for ADC3.
